I froze my cookie dough because I wanted to bake it the next day. Is it alright if I microwave it a little so that I can roll it up into little balls now and bake? Or should I just wait? Because it is really hard right now.

When you are ready to bake simply let the dough defrost in the

refrigerator. This will take several hours, so hade to plan ahead.

The dough will soften up at room temperature soon. The microwave will really mess up the dough.

Patience, grasshopper.

NOOOOOO!! Don't do this. Instead let it thaw out slowly in the fridge. Next time just refridgerate -don't freeze it.
You can also thaw it on the counter top but don't thaw in warm/hot water or in the microwave!

It dosnt seem like much a problem, just the middle of the thing will still be frozen but thats not that bad, just make sure you dont overcook it, or the outside will bake.

WHAT IT WILL EXSPLODE? wow Ive never done that before -devious thought-

I would try defrosting it on the lowest temp possible. If it cooks it, then I guess it is not wise to do it again.

Just wait to let it thaw.

Sure, just put on defrost and dont' let it get too hot.

Thawing in the fridge would be best, however.

I wouldn't micro it...you will end up with something like glue. defrost it in a COLD bowl of water...it won't take long.
