it's good anyways, but any other ways to use the cucumber would be helpful too.

you can actually slice them up with some tomato and maybe some onion and make a cucumber-tomato salad. just slice it, and put italian dressing on top, any kind of italian will do. i find that the italian that u make homemade with the little packet gets the best results. i'm sure you'll love it! ;) =D

Slice the cuke into thin wafers, ad some quartered and sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced mushrooms, a finely diced walla walla sweet onion, same with green pepper, ad iceberg lettuce and toss, now sprinkle on crumbled boiled egg and grated Romano cheese and add fresh ground black pepper. I'm not wild about the ranch dressing but I modified my mix for the ranch. I would also garnish with finely chopped cilantro, but this may be a little strong for you.

Remove all the seeds from the 'cuke' Give it a chunk chop. Thinly slice and dice a large 'sweet Summer' tomato and onion. Moisten with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. No need to ' mess with Mother Nature' Good Eats.

That's disgusting. Good job ruining your patch of cucumbers. You should have mixed them with oil and vinegar or pickled them. Better luck next time.
