If I have the breadmaker make the dough for me, how should I bake the bread in a bread pan? What temperatures, times, tips, ect. Thanks!

I am asking this because when the breadmaker bakes the bread the bottom is always hard and dense, while the top is nice and fluffy. I would like to even it out.

I want to make a berries and cream Jello mold and typically you would use Jello and Cool Whip, but I don't feel like running to the market just for Cool Whip. Do you think a can of sweetened condensed milk would work as well?

My fiance and I loved the dessert we had at a local mexican restaurant. I would love to be able to make it at home. It was sliced bananas and vanilla ice cream with a rum sauce over them. It was sweet and very good. Any ideas?

I'm a college student and know how to cook well its just finding the time. This fall I'm going to have to start commuting to school and wont have a lot of time to cook, getting home after 8 pm 4 out of 7 days a week. So I wanted to know of what food is good for leftovers or to freeze. So I can make food in bulk and take it with me or heat it up.

I bought frozen chicken from the grocery store and put it in the refrigerator to defrost. I usually cook it right away but things have come up the past few days so I am wondering how long it will stay good. Any help would be appreciated.

I made some peel and eat style shrimp to munch on yesterday for the fourth. I bought some Zatarans shrimp and crab boil and followed the instructions for shrimp. I was supposed to boil for one minute then kill the heat and let it sit for about 20. I didn't let it sit because the test shrimp I took out was already tough after about 5 minutes. Can I get some suggestions as to how to avoid them getting tough for next time? They were a huge hit, and I'm going to make them again.
