You're going to ruin your life, being in a hurry so much, Sidd, but here's one -
Heat a wok or deep frying pan, add a dash of olive oil, fry and onion, add a pinch of cayenne, throw in about 300g mince (ground beef), stir and poke until it turns grey all over, add a 400g can of diced tomatoes, another of red kidney beans (or any other beans), a 50g envelope of tomato paste, heat through and serve.Salt and pepper to taste. I can do this in less than five minutes, and that serves two. Increase the chilli or cayenne to taste. You can keep half of it for tomorrow if you like.

If you and four of your friends came over to my house hungry, right now, I would take out the bag of shredded mixed vegetables from my refrigerator, add some freshly diced tomatoes, sweet peppers and a few slices of fruit, and sprinkle walnuts and grated cheese over it, and serve with some whole wheat fry bread and a dish of homemade salad dressing, which I make once or twice a month and put in a jar in my refrigerator.

You would be fed within 10 minutes of getting here!

those are NOT food,my dear.if u want food, try my special all- nutrients-in-one soup which u can make with fresh veggies and eat with crusty bread and its healthy too!!
u'll need:
chicken stock, canned mushrooms, shredded cabbage,a splash of soy sauce, some cooked shredded meat or chicken(from a can will do),julienned carrots, diced green bell pepper,an egg, cornfour mixed with a little water and a tiny splash of sesame oil.just heat the stock and season to taste with some salt and the soy sauce.bring to a simmer and add the mushrooms(chopped),meat or chicken and carrots.heat for about 30 seconds.then add the rest of the veggies.thicken with cornflour mix.take off heat.beat the egg with sesame oil and pour in a slow steady stream stirring in different directions.the egg would set giving the soup lovely white ribbons that are both nice to look at and delicious.i make this alot.try it.maximum 10 mins prep time and 2-3 minutes to cook.toast some bread lightly and enjoy!!

hamburger....
healthy meal? you could make pasta with meat and sauce

1. You take a pan with water (with olive oil and a pinch of salt) and put it on the pit (fire), just to make the water a bit warm. (make 3 pan's like this - or two).

2. put in one pan the pasta/ tagliatelle, in another one broccoli and in the third potatoes (you could put the broccoli with the potatoes): make sure you have cleaned the broccoli and the potatoes and sliced them into peaces (broccoli in the size you like to eat, the potatoes small).

3. at the same time you get yourself a plate, knife and a fork.

4. (while the rest is boiling/ cooking - do check if they are ready). You mix some corn/mais (from a thin) with black pepper. And put it on your plate (as much as you like).

5. now you have to make yourself a burger (meat, fish, vegi --> available in the supermarket). If you want it quickly, than you should slice it in to pieces. (meanwhile the broccoli should be done and you could put it on you plate).

6. (your burger in slices should be ready by now and you could put it on you plate). The potatos should (also) be done by now. You drain the potatoes en smash them with your fork. put some milk in it and you got yourself a potatoe sauce-thing. put this on your plate

7. finally, the pasta should be ready and put this also on your plate.

tada you are ready to eat and it took you only 15 minutes.

Its depaneds upon your culture. In my country, we are making egg omlets in 1 or 2 minutes. Just break some eggs in a bowl, chop some onions finely, put pinch of salt and pepper/chilly powder on onions, pour this mixture on the eggs, mix it well. Now put a frying pan on burner, pour a little bit cooking oil, now pour the mixture slowly in this and fry it well one side then flip it carefully and fry this side too. its ready in 2 mins if you are well practiced in kitchen.
