How about Breakfast Burritos.

Saute some onion and potato (leftover cooked potatoes work best) with some bits of bacon, ham, or sausage. Scramble an egg. Roll it all up with some shredded cheese and salsa in a warm flour tortilla.

You should invest in a sandwhich maker. It makes breakfast so easy. You can cook biscuits in them, just cut the biscuit in half. Fry your eggs in them and your sausage all at the same time. You can make breakfast pizzas by cutting the biscuit in half and stuffing it with cheese, eggs, and anything else. You can break open an egg and put omlett ingredients right on top and close the lid and it comes out perfect and doesnt stick. It makes for easy cleaning too.

Scrambled/Fried Eggs Served with Bacon/Sausage and Fruit Salad.:)
To make the eggs, cook on Medium High on a stove top, to fry, flip carefully, to scamble, either beat in a seperate container and pour into a hot pan, or beat in your pan, and as its cooking pull in the eggs from the sides using a spatula, and flip... The directions for cooking the meats should be on the back of the package, and for the fruit salad, simply mix some of your families favorite fruits in a large bowl. Good Luck Cooking!

Butter one side of bread and put on cookie sheet then put in oven on BROIL! Broil until lightly brown...some people want to turn the toast and broil the other side but I like it soft. Broiled toast is YUMMY! Goes with scrambled eggs/bacon. Happy breakfast!
