Seems to be a variance of recipes here. Why not do as many restaurants do? Cook the meats in the oven, then just reheat on the grill for the grilled flavor. Quick, easy and tasty...

well, if you are cooking on low to medium heat the ribs and chicken would probably take about 30-60 minutes depending on how much you have and how much you are cooking.
However, fish does not take that long to cook at all. So depending on the size of the grill, cooking time, it may take the better part of the afternoon. You might wanna start cooking as soon as possible.

If the grill is on low (200-250) chicken with no bones 30 minutes turned once, with bones maybe another 5-8 minutes if they are not real thick. Babybacks go about the same but flipped twice so the sauce can carmelize.

just make sure you cook the fish last, because fish doesn't take that long to cook. pork and chicken take much longer. i'd say, when i cook pork ribs, it takes about and hour and a half to 2 hours if they are baby backs. and for chicken, i'd say the same amount of time if they both are cooked on low heat.

gonna be hard. In my opinion ribs need to cook min. 4 to 6 hours, chicken needs to cook low and slow as well. finish chicken and ribs, wrap in foil, place in oven on warm then cook your fish. fish cooks very fast.
