they are going to stick to the pan. You will have to use cooking spray at very least.
Health wise .... who cares, my grandparents ate bacon and eggs every single day - and they were healthier than I am.

You should spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray (like Pam). I have never heard of putting cinnamon on fried eggs, but to each his own! When you break the egg into the pan, wait for the white to start looking fairly solid, then flip it over and let the white finish cooking. Then it's just a matter of how runny you like your yolk. The longer you cook it, the less runny it will be, of course. It is best to thoroughly cook the white, however.

You definitly need oil or butter or you could use PAM spray. You'll want the pan really hot. You can check this by splashing a little water on the pan. If it jumps, it's ready. Crack the eggs. Once they look like they are cooked on the bottom, turn them slowly as not to break the yolk. Again, just use your best judgement - if it looks cooked you can take it off. I prefer no runny whites.

If it's non-stick pan it would be ok, but sort of tasteless. An egg costs someting like a quarter, what's the worst that could happen? I'm with the others asking, cinnamon?

if you have a very non stick pan. Otherwise it's going to stick and you will end up with egg pieces instead of a nice fried egg.
If you want to keep it healthy, but not worry about it sticking you can use some cooking spray.
And I have to say, I have never in my life heard of putting cinnamon on eggs.

It depends on the frying pan you're using. if you're using a "non-stick" frying pan, well then, you don't have to put oil. But be sure to heat the pan first before putting egg, ok?

Perfectly fine. You are referring to getting salmonella from raw eggs, right? Well, cooking even briefly removes that risk, so you are okay. As others point out, you will need a non-stick pan.

yes, try using a non stick pan for better results. Yet the older these pans get the less non stick is there. Have done it all the time.
