I would plan on about 6 to 8 ounces per person. With this in mind, I come up with 11 pounds, on the light side. If you have some big eaters, I would get 14 pounds.

You should figure about 1/4-1/2 pound of pork per person. This should cover the possibility that there are those who don't eat pork and those who might eat more. Salad is always a good start to the meal. Provide more than two vegetables just in case. Serve bread or rolls.

I know most serving call for 6 ounces to 8 but if you buy 25 pounds, you will have plenty for company if they are big eaters and the best is you will have some excellent leftovers for bar-b-que pork.
I would always rather have too much than not enough. Be creative with leftovers and no one will ever know.

You should plan on cooking half a pound of meat per guest - so you need roughly another seven pounds - that's 14 pounds total WITHOUT any bone, by the way.

... Allow about 1/2 pound per person -- less for boneless roasts, more for roasts with a bone.
