i was going to fry an egg for my self yesterday and so i cracked it onto the frying pan. out popped the egg. at the yolk it had a streak of blood through it. just a little one. so what does that mean. does it mean it was a bit alive???

Navy beans and bacon this time. Threw in some onions and green peppers for taste. A lttle salt and pepper and that's it.Oops I forgot...a can of Rotel tomatoes to spice it up a bit. Sounds good....huh? Anyone have a better recipe? I'll try anything once. After all...I'm the chilicooker. And it's the best you ever tasted. Sorry...that sounded arrogant & I'm not. But I do make a trophy winning chili. Gotta' few to prove it. I call it Mel's Hurricane Red. It's a Texas style of chili. If you care to adventure into tasting it...it's not that hot...but you better bring some water with you..just in case. Anyway I'm always open for suggestions on how to cook beans. Tell me everthing you know. Any secrets..or tips are always appreciated.

I love B.P.'s house salad dressing and if I could get a recipe or convince one of the restaurants to sell me some, I would eat salad and vegetables more and it could save my life if I could lose my extra weight. I don't like any other dressing and I really don't like salads either. BUT... I always order salad at Boston Pizza with their house dressing and then I get a lid for the little cup and take the rest home with me! I would eat a super veggie and greens salad everyday if I just could put a little of this dressing on it!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I am looking around my kitchen and have counted at least 200 and there are some hiding behind things I am sure and I was curious how many cookbooks do you own and how many do you actually use.....I only use 5 on a regular basis. BUT, I love my cookbooks!
