Peanut Butter Bars like school?

does anyone know the receipe for the peanut butter bars like the school ones no chocolate

School Cafeteria Peanut Butter Bars

1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
1 cup creamy peanut butter (or 1 1/4 cups crunchy, if preferred)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In mixing bowl, combine shortening, peanut butter, sugars and salt. Blend well. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Separately, combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture. Mix only until blended. Stir in coconut.

Spread in well-greased 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely, then cut into squares. Makes 24 bars.

5 cups of flour
6 teaspoons salt and pepper
3 cups of sugar
8 teaspoons of water
4 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic cloves
2 eggs
2 jars of peanut butter, (mix with lemon juice for best results)

bake at 350 and enjoy!
I serve this at all my parties, It's SUCH a huge hit!!!
