The Recipe (Moonshine):
10 min 10 min prep
20 Gallons
20 gallons mineral water
15 lbs sugar
1/2 gallon dried cracked corn or dried whole corn (like in chicken feed)
1 can blue ribbon malt syrup (This gives it a smooth flavor)
1. Stir often and keep the mixture in a warm place and it will soon start to work.
2. Just before it stops working (when it gets a lacy bubble on top) put it in the "can" to cook.
3. When this starts to boil, it comes out of the end of the coil.
4. Put the jug under the condenser spout and collect the run.
5. Cut the first gallon with water as it runs to about 120 proof.
6. Add burnt sugar and water here if you need the color.

Just keep following that line of thought. There are very few grean leaves and beansprouts that won't go together. Rocket and watercress are a nice combination with Romaine lettuce. For a difference, organic nastursium flowers are gorgeous, and nutricious. I like garbanzo beans (rinsed), and a generous sprinkling of seeds - sesame, pumpkin, rye, and, either on the salad, or in a dressing, poppy. Keep the dressing light for a bbq - 1/3 vinegar/lemon juice, and 2/3 olive oil, with basil, or rosemary, And I've yet to have any left over of a guacamole salad.

pure sugar,pure yeast not the quick rise but the block of yeast .. pure h20 ....but in order for you to make the reciepe you need to make yourself a distilery. 2 hoses from the stove to the water tap,, after your reciepe has formented for 8 days then you boil it on low but you need a steel bottle to keep it on the stove the whole time or you may know of some contraption. I made home brew many times in Ukraine. where it is legal . as long as you use only yeast and sugar you will not get sick if you drink it . the stories you hear of people going blind is not from just yeast and sugar it is from adding other things in the brew.. do this after your vodka is finished.. email me if you want a better explanation on how to make the boiling pot .
