tear up your bread into pieces. this is my fav way, not cracker
add to meat, egg and chopped onion. add about a 1/4c ketsup for a 1 pd to 1 1/2. salt pepper to taste. squish together with your hands. throw in loaf pan. bake 350 for about an hour. if you have bbq sauce, throw some on top before you put in oven.

Make sure you crumble the bread well Put meat in a mixing bowl add an egg to keep the meat together add salt and pepper. if you have garlic powder add that too. you dont say how much hamburger you have so you have to season according.add the vchopped onions and bread crumbs and mix well. bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes. If you have onion soup mix add that too.make into a loah and cover the top with catsup .Hope this helps

2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs
1 onion, diced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 can tomato sauce or diced tomatos
Blend the above together and form into a loaf. Top with ketchup and bacon, if you have it, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Salt, pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, groundbeef, i egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup bread crumbs..mix together, mold, put in oven at 350 degrees until you see some juice..add tomato sauce, sprinkle with some brown sugar, squirt a little kechup, add a cup or so of water with a half of beef boullon cube (dissolved), cover for at least 40 mins. uncover and cook another 15 mins. one egg,1 lb hamburger,1/4 diced onion,1/4 diced green pepper,salt,pepper,ketchup,garlic powder,I use rice instead of bread 1 cup. mix it all together and if it is still too wet add bread crumbs. Form it in loaf put it in 350 -375 oven for an hour hour and half let sit for 5 minutes serve

break up bread to like crumbs. crack eggs throw shell away beat the egg a little ...lol chop up onions add all to the hamburger add a little sauce to the mixture the ketchup or the sauce or a little of both. shape into like oval shape put the left over sauce on top and bake at 350 till it is done. you can also add choped up carrots. also add seasoning.. garlic powder, pepper. when you do the sauce you can also add a little sugar to it to take out the bitter taste.

Any of the recipes you`ve received will work fine, however instead of bread try using Panko bread crumbs for a lighter texture. You will find this item in the oriental section of your grocery store, there are no seasonings in it to alter the taste of a good old fashioned meatloaf dinner.

about 2 lbs hamburger
1 egg
1/2 a small onion chopped small
just squirt in a little ketchup
and about 3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
a little garlic powder about 1/4 tsp and a little pepper & salt
when you mix it all together it should be easy to make a large ball............. put in baking dish or roaster and bake in oven

same with cheese
put patty on the toast
add onion and egg add tomato sauce
eat!
