I want to make some savoury muffins (yum) but only have some eggs which, when I put them in cold water float rather than sink (which i read means that they are fresh and ok to use).
I can't be bothered going to the shops because I have to go to work soon, but still want to make some muffins to take with me.
So can I use the bad eggs in my muffin recipe seeing as though they are going to be cooked anyway?

I made a cake that had yellow fondant stars on a whipped cream/pudding frosting, but it ended up bleeding yellow. How could i make another cake, using the same frosting, but doesn't do this? Why would this happen?
