chocolate chip oatmeal cookie
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla (or more)
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cream butter and sugars together. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. And mix well.
3. In another bowl mix dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture.
4. Add chips and mix well.
5. Either drop onto pan or roll into small balls.
6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
7. Cool for 5 minutes on sheet.

TAYLOR COOKIES
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened

1/2 c. sugar

11/2 c.flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 c.old fashion oats
1 c. raisins
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well.
Stir in oats and raisins, mix well
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet
then remove to wire rack :) HAPPY EATING

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the rest. drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes.
