I am assuming you are looking for a school lunch...so, good quality yogurt in a consistency and flavor your daughter likes, granola (no raisins) in a baggy to sprinkle over the yogurt, piece of fruit, water or fruit juice in box, whole grain crackers.
My teenagers (boy and girl) love this for lunch. No matter their diet issues (losing, gaining, high protein, etc.), each is happy.

lean meats (protein)
fresh fruit or veggies (fiber and tons of nutrients)
lowfat dairy products (calcium)
whole grain starches (fiber, B-vits)
So, following this pattern:
Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Pita w/ Lettuce & Tomaot, Peach Yogurt, raisins
Lean Roast Beef Wrap (on veggie or WW wrap), Navel Orange, Skim Milk, Carrot Sticks
Chef Salad w/ all sorts of veggies topped w/ cheeses and ham and boiled egg, Sesame Seed Crackers, Applesauce

Microwave home-made lean beaf hamburger, in a crusty bun with dijon mustard. Mixed vegetable salad (couple of types of greens, tomato, green pepper, carrot strips) with olive oil/vinegr/paprika dressing. Fresh fruit, Water or tea.

On the real i think you lil anoreix girls should start eating more, i mean if the world run out of food forever tomorow how long do you think you would live without food.........oh, mabey you can eat nutra grain bars for the rest of your life of eat a hungry man meal for breakfast, pre-morn. snack, morn.snack, post morn. snack,lunch, pre lunch snack, lunch snack, post lunch snack, dinner, pre din. snack, din. snack, and post din. snack!

i'm a teenager and i'm a girl, for lunch i pack a salad for school, with chips, and a water, the salad seriously gives me energy and wakes me up, and it is good for you, and i save the chips for later cause i have first lunch lol.

lemon pepper chicken with steamed broccoli and rice it takes less than 30 minutes and can be reheated and still be tasty
