I am sure there were other ingredients as well, but those listed are the ones that really stood out. All help is appreciated.

Take a small jar of orange marmalade, finely chop your favorite chile, mix and serve over a molded (not moldy) block of cream cheese. Delicious served on just about anything, including crackers, or even carpet squares.

This was either made up or from a cook book since not on Internet at all! I thought up a party dip: Using two boxes of nefchatel soft cheese (or goat cheese or Camembert) whip in one finely diced medium size jalapeno, add one & a half tablespoons of orange peel, 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

add a fine chopped fresh tomato any sort to mix if you like that.
A red bell pepper would be light & blend well with these flavors, add looks but not green.

Use this amount to keep satisfied four hungry people double as many times as need but mix in small amounts then ad together if a big crowd.

I wouldn't add cinnamon or vanilla unless you all have exotic taste.
