Is it basically just like a Christmas cake, with marzipan and icing? All the weddings I have ever been to they have had sponges but I wanted a traditional rich (brandy soaked!) fruit cake. Is this the traditional way?

I love steak, but I've had a hard time trying to keep it tender after re-heating what's left over. Am I supposed to add some type of tenderizer, marinade, or something I don't know about???

I set some chicken breast out on my counter to defrost while I was at work. When i got home they were completely defrosted but I decided I didn't want to make them and put them back in the freezer. Will they still be good if I defrost them again and cook them?

I have about 1 1/2 hours to do everything after work (make dinner, grab the kids, and run to the store). Do you by chance have a good recipe that is kid friendly, easy, quick AND delicious?

Anyone have any tried and true tips to get crispy fried chicken? I've only tried it once, and it turned out tasty but soggy. I've done some research online and I'm trying again, but I'd like to add to what I've learned so far. Does anyone have any tips they'd like to share?
