I want to bake or broil boneless, skinless chicken breast to put on a Caesar salad. I don't have the time to marinate them and I don't want it to dry out. How long should I leave it on broil or bake? High or low heat or what temp for baking? Should I turn the breasts over at a certain length of time?

I love her show! She cooks just about everything from scratch. She also makes large delicious meals, and entertains regularly. I don't have time to do that myself, but I admire it. She is the chef I wish I could be!

One sentence has been plagiarized by many websites -- "to get rid of the cornstarch taste in powdered sugar, many recipes suggest light cooking" but none of these webites provide details. I want to know -- specifically with times and methods -- how do you get rid of the cornstarch taste of confectioners sugar, when making cake frosting. Thank you.

A couple months ago I got some dinners from Dinner My Way. One of them was the Homestyle Beef Pot roast. It was the best pot roast ever! I am wanting to try and make it myself since Dinner My Way has not had this meal on their menu for the last two months. Has anyone gone down there and put this particular recipe together themselves....and maybe remembers the ingredients? Please share with me any of these ingredients you remember
