Yesterday I cooked alot of sweet & sour chicken and have lots of leftover which we will eat tomorrow. i am worried when I heat it there will be no sauce left and it will be dry. Any idea how to liquify the sauce. Pls don't tell me to cook some new sauce and add it.

Add a little water before you put it away. Then warm it slow and you should be good to go.

You might consider adding soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to add the needed liquid.
