HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup prepared white horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice



Blend all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I have a recipe for bacon-horseradish dip that has been a hit at every event I've ever taken it to. People always ask for the recipe...I'm happy to share it with you. :-)

Bacon - Horseradish Dip

~ One (16 oz.) Container of sour cream
~ 2 Tablespoons, worcestershire sauce
~ 1 Teaspoon, hot pepper sauce
~ 3 Generous dashes, garlic powder
~ 2 Generous dashes, onion powder
~ 1/4 Teaspoon, salt
~ 1 ( 3 oz. ) package of Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
~ 2 Tablespoons of horseradish

~ Mix all ingredients.
~ Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
~ Tastes best, made 1 day ahead of time.

~ Serve with assorted, veggies, crackers, or chips.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt to taste
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt, paprika, garlic salt and minced onion. Mix and then chill for about 20 minutes to let the flavors blend before you start dipping.

1/4c mayo, 3/4c sourcream, 3 cloves fresh garlic minced, green onion, splash of worchestershire sauce, pepper and salt, and horseradish. mix together i use this on steak all the time.

1tsp cayanne pepper

mix together and let stand 1-2 hrs in the fridge and go at it
