Yes I'm sure it is but it won't taste like Pumpkin soup ! you may be able to get some Pumpkin flavouring but you cant beat the real thing... just get a pumpkin

Yes, you can substitute canned pumpkin for a fresh pumpkin. The taste will be just as good and less work.

well it would just be soup i suppose the recipe for pumpkin soup could be made up without adding the pumkin and call it pumkinless soup

you can buy canned pumpkin to make it..but you need pumpkin..hence the name ..pumpkin soup
