Ok, I got these burger patties that are pre-made and you just have to cook them through. But I live in an apartment and don't have a grill or anything. How can I prepare these burgers without using a grill?

You can go the easiest route and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven. Try 325 about 15 minutes until cooked how you prefer. Can melt butter or cheese on the top last couple minutes. Or you can use a hot skillet on the stove top.

I pan fry my patties. Put some olive oil (or vegetable oil if you don't have olive oil) in a pan and heat at medium. Depending on the fat content, you may not need much oil. Anything less than 15% and you will definitely need more. Once your pan is heated put your patties in. Season tops with salt, pepper, and oregano. Trust me! Flip patties after about 5 min. Season flip-side the same as before. Continue cooking until about medium to well.

Take a non stick skillet or cast iron one and cook them on your stove. You don't have to add oil, most times they have enough fat to start with. Always cook them frozen and never thaw them out (you'll have a mess). When the middle is firm (not burnt and not soft) and juices run clear, it's cooked. Don't ever overcook they burgers or they'll end up tasting like dry hockey pucks. Beef is fully cooked at 160 degrees F internal, even burgers.

The George Foreman grill works very well for burgers. I use it quite a bit even though I have a grill!

Fry them in a skillet or bake them in the oven. Just season as desired. I sometime pour Italian dressing on and cook. Gives them a great taste.

The frozen (gross) burger gets "dropped" through a "flame-broiling" chute that cooks it and makes it...flame broiled. I think they're gross. Go with Wendy's -- fresh, never frozen meat, cooked on a real grill. :)

Use your broiler! Just watch them carefully so you don't get a flare-up.
