Sweetie, take a baggie(freezer or sandwich).Place your batter in this baggie and twist the top so you get a good grip on it.Snip the end just enough to release the dough.Go around your pan,and make your funnel cake. This is simply a mock pastry bag,you could use one of those if you have it as well.
Also, you know those glass "pitchers" that you put maple syrup in?You could also use that as long as you can control the flow.Good luck hun and have a good night!

Get a plastic food-storage bag, like a quart-size. Put in the cake batter, snip off a corner of the bag. Squeeze. Enjoy.
If you don't have any of those, make a paper cone and snip the tip, but the bag is much easier. The bag is also good for, like, drizzling chocolate or frosting (cut a teeny-tiny bit from the corner.)

If you don't have a funnel, try a pitcher with a small spout on it. You can hold back the batter with your finger so it won't come out too much. Good Luck!

Get a deep cake pan, put a heat resistant glass jar in the middle, and there you have a makeshift funnel cake pan.

Use a pastry bag or make your own. Pour your batter into a plastic bag and cut a hole at the tip. Squeeze the batter into the oil.

I always use a squeeze bottle. It's a lot less messy.
