RIBS!!! I'm coming over!

Remove the silver skin.

If you want to have a sauce on the ribs, do it now.
Make a tent of aluminum around the ribs. Add 3 Tbsp. of water, and seal the foil as tight as you can. No holes!
Put this in your oven at 250 degrees for 3-4 hours, or up to 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Open foil, and let the meat brown.

Serve over a bed of rice, with the veggies on the side.

Finger lickin goood!

Season both sides of the ribs generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the ribs generously with the spice powder. Wrap each rack tightly in plastic wrap and then wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bring the ribs to room temperature. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 1 1/2 hours in the plastic wrap and foil. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce. Slice into 2 rib sections. Mound the slaw in the center of each plate. Lay the rib sections next to the slaw. Drizzle the entire plate with sesame oil. Garnish with the cilantro.

Cook the ribs in a pot of water with cabbage and turnips and whatever seasonings you want. A pan of cornbread and some pinto beans are excellent with it.

If you are going to BBQ them, then try baked beans, and coleslaw as accompaniments. Garlic bread or cornbread goes nicely.
If you are going to bake them, then I suggest sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes as accompaniments. With scalloped apples or applesauce and rye bread.
