A couple months ago I got some dinners from Dinner My Way. One of them was the Homestyle Beef Pot roast. It was the best pot roast ever! I am wanting to try and make it myself since Dinner My Way has not had this meal on their menu for the last two months. Has anyone gone down there and put this particular recipe together themselves....and maybe remembers the ingredients? Please share with me any of these ingredients you remember

I don't know that recipe but an easy and delicious pot roast can be made like this: Buy a chuck roast of your choice of size (I usually buy 2-3lb). Use a Dutch Oven that can go in the oven...brown the meat over high heat on all sides. Dump in one Liption Onion Soup Mix packet and 1 1/2 cups of water. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. You can then make gravy from the juice by removing the meat, strain the onions out (optional), and heat the broth to boiling. Mix together in a cup or small bowl 3 tbsp corn starch and 1/2 cup water. Mix well and slowly add to broth stirring constantly. It should thicken and become a delicious gravy!
