Put in a few raw potatoes and boil them in the sauce. The potatoe will absorb the salt and then remove the potatoe.

add a couple of peeled carrots or peeled potatoes the carrots will take away from the salt by adding a sweet flavor and the potatoes will soak up the salt. i would recommend the carrots but if you don't like sweet sauce then the potatoes should do the job.
GOOD LUCK

add some brown sugar add some and taste then take a large potato peel cut in 1/4s and put in sauce and simmer and the potato will pick up a lot of the salt taste if OK then toss the potato

Probably the only two things that you could do are:

1. Add some water to taste
or
2. Add some sugar to taste

Good luck with that! Happy eating!

Add sugar...I always add sugar to my tomato sauce to get rid of the bitterness/tartness.
