My kitchen contains the following:
chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
broth
various canned tomato products
carrots
celery
sweet potatoes
shallots
green and red bell peppers
garlic
wild & brown rice
pearled barley
quinoa
canned tomatoes and sauce

I also have various baking products, spices, oils, etc.

What is the best thing to whip up and use some of the items above?

I got one from Rose Acre Dutch Farms today....first time in over 30 years.....just curious....I thought all the modern processing separated chickens from roosters....and NO, this company/brand doen't use free-range chickens.

The only requirement the dentist gave me was that I had to be able to drink it through a straw without making myself turn blue trying to suck it through the straw.

I heard something about a few hours should be enough, but I'm guessing it has to also mostly depend on how thick or small you cut the chicken too. Right? So after cutting it as small or thick as tenders/fingers, should take the shortest to fully tenderize when soaked in buttermilk. Right?

I am making rice krispie treats today with my daughter. The recipe says that if you dont have marshmallows you can use any jar version. I have a large container of Fluff & the recipe asks for a 7 oz jar. How much do I use? Is it more than a cup or so?
