Does anyone know where I can buy caramel tea in Canada or the US?? My sister brought some back from Paris. It was made by Liptons and I can't find it here.

So about a week ago I made blueberry bran muffins with these ingredients:

1/2 mashed banana
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp applesauce
2 egg whites
2 cups All Bran cereal
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar

I put a tablespoon of blueberries in each muffin.

They tasted fine (I think) the other times I had them but this morning, they tasted disgustingly sour! Did the banana in the muffins go bad?

What went wrong?
Should I change my recipe a little?

It's 8.59 lbs. How should I prepare it? Grilling is not an option. It will have to be cooked in an oven. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to be able to roast peanuts in a shell. I've the the basic recipe below. But, how do you get salted peanuts? Do you soak the peanuts first in salted water? How about if you want spicy salted peanuts....do you soak the raw peanuts in a chili powder/salt solution?

HOW TO ROAST PEANUTS

Peanuts Roasted in an Conventional Oven:

Preheat conventional oven to 350°F.

Place raw peanuts in a single layer in shallow baking pan.
For unshelled peanuts: Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir once or twice during cooking time.
Cook until slightly underdone.
Peanuts continue to cook when removed from oven.
Let cool 10 minutes before eating.

Ive marinated them and tenderized them thin with a mallet. I plan on dusting them with flour and frying in conola oil. I cant find recipes for frying flattened chicken thigh cutlets, so I dont know how long to fry each side?
