Does anyone know where I can buy caramel tea in Canada or the US?? My sister brought some back from Paris. It was made by Liptons and I can't find it here.

I haven't seen that one but you can easily find English Toffee tea (by celestial seasonings) at most grocery stores.
(and it really does taste like toffee/caramel)

i do really not know where you can buy it, but i am sure you can make it
put 1sp sugar per cup in an empty pot, burn it on fire and add water.pour it over any tea bag you like
