I LOVE 'Sweet Chilli' AND 'Peanut Satay' - you make them by walking down to your local supermarket and purchasing them over the counter!!!!!

Deamon's hummus is my exact recipe for hummus, only I make some parsley oil to float on top of it in the serving dish. It's just a handful or two of fresh parsley whizzed in the food processor while drizzling 1/3 - 1/2 cup olive oil into it. It's really pretty and the flavors go well together.

Or spinach dip.
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
16 oz. sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch powder
1 can of water chestnuts, chopped

Mix sour cream and HVR well. Mix in the spinach, then the water chestnuts and refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend.

A simple yet different one is to mix sun-dried tomato pesto with softened cream cheese and add a bit of milk until it's dip consistency.

This is a dip that has always graced my family's dinner table for as long as I can remember. You need a seasoning called Beau Monde first of all, you can find it in you local supermarket in the spice section.

--Beau Monde dip--
1 cup of Mayo, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 tblespns of Beau Monde and 1 tblespn of dried diced onions--mix well and chill for a little bit. Serve with potatoe chips or veges! It is wonderful! If you want to make a larger batch than just double the portions of ingredients. Enjoy!

I actually love these two together - and you cant buy anything that tastes like the homemade. (actually I don't think anything tastes as good as homemade)

But hummus and guacamole are gorgeous together

There are different ways of making them but these are the recipes that I prefer

Hummus

1 can chickpeas
1tbsp liquid from the chickpeas
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cloves garlic
1Tbsp Tahini
salt
olive oil

wizz everything but the olive oil in a food processor and add the olive oil as you go until you have the right consistency

Guacamole

1 avocado
6 cherry toms
Tabasco sauce
juice of 1/2 a lemon
yogurt (soya yogurt works as well)

wizz it all up in a food processor and out as much yogurt in as you like till you get the right consistency - and as much Tabasco as suits you.

Serve it with pitta bread, chicken and bacon, veggie strips, savory pancakes pretty much anything you can have with a dip - they also go quite well with a bit of sweet chili drizzled on

Sweetie,i have several actually.

This is very simple-
What you will need:One jar of salsa(boughten or homemade),and 4inch thick slice of velveeta.

Cube velveeta, put into a microwave safe dish.Pour salsa, over cheese cubes put in the microwave and let it melt together stirring often. When finished transfer mixture to a fondue pot to keep the consistancy. If you serve out of the bowl,"sometimes" the cheese mixture begins to thicken you may have to put it back in the microwave again if you dont have a fondue pot.

----
What you will need:One small tub of sour cream, fresh dill and/or chives

Dump the sour cream into a bowl.Chop dill and chives and add to sour cream.Mix well, cover, and let it refrigerate for at least an hour. This allows the herbs to flavour the sour cream. This is a better dip for vegetables than anything, but will work for about everything.

-----
What you will need: 2 cups Plain low fat yogurt,1 package frozen spinach(chopped, thawed and drained).Onion(about 1/3 cup chopped REALLY fine),and lipton vegetable soup mix(1 envelope)

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients .Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables.

----------
What you will need:1 jar marshmellow cream, one 8 oz package of cream cheese.

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.Place marshmellow cream in a bowl, add cream cheese and mix with an electric mixer.Mix well until combined or "creamed" together.Serve this with fruit.

Hope you enjoy them hun.Have a good day,and good luck!
