Do you have any frozen berries and icing sugar (I always have icing sugar lying about)
Mix some cordial/squash with some icing sugar
I've had them with hummus - if you have any chickpeas and some garlic blend them together with some oil and a bit of salt wallah savory pancakes - or some garlic mushrooms (tinned or frozen will do)

Fried eggs go very well with pancakes. If not, you could just sporinle some sugar or honey on top of it.

Do you have condensed milk? if so you should boil it for 45 min inside the can. In argentina they do this it's called "Dulce de Leche". The open the can and spread it!
