I love to make potato salad with Marzetti Slaw dressing (usually found in the produce aisle, in a jar). It's a sweet and tangy dressing like you'd find on cole slaw. One addition I make to this recipe is to ADD COOKED CRUMBLED BACON. It tastes great!
Marzetti Potato Salad recipe
1 cup marzetti slaw dressing
4 cups cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons diced fresh red bell peppers (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, pickle relish, red bell peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors.

I use onion powder instead of onions. It takes great with celery seed and celery salt and you have to add garlic powder. Red potatoes are the best to use also.
