Generally, you cook fish until it flakes (except for, like, tuna, which you can sear on the outside and leave rare in the middle.)
Depending on thickness, I don't know that it would even take 10 minutes (considering the grill cooks from both sides.) Check after about 4 or 5 minutes. Cook until the flesh is opaque, hot all the way through, and flakes in the middle (or the thickest part of the piece.)
With catfish, you need to cook it all the way through. But it shouldn't take too long.

Just like any another grill...I agree with the others....how BIG is the determining factor...and when it flakes in the thickest part, it's done.....DON'T cook FROZEN fish on the grill, PLEASE...but you knew that.....save me some...

About 10 minutes. Just until you stick a fork in it and it's flaky, without being dry.
