I recently watched a 30-Minute Meal show and she cooked mini veal meat loaves. I would like to get the recipe but it's not on foodtv.com. Does anyone have her cook books and can tell me if the recipe is in one?
Thanks

Everytime I make chicken wings (the frozen kind w/no flavor on them yet) I put BBQ sauce but they stick to the sheet that I am cooking them on what is the best thing to use to prevent them from sticking to the surface where I am cooking them? and does anybody have a good recipe for hot wings or BBQ wings?

I have to do a speech on the Incas for a class in school, and I was thinking about taking food in for everyone. They used to use Quinoa, so I thought I might just take in some simple, cooked Quinoa because it's too difficult to do anything else.
It's a class of about 30 or less, and we're all teenagers.
Is that a good idea? How can I contain it, and will it last for very long?
Does it have to be kept hot?
Are there any spices I could add (ones the Incas may have used) to make it taste better?
Will they even like it!?
Thanks :P

About 20 yeas ago, in my Kenmore microwave cookbook, (which i dont have anymore) there was a recipe for I think cruncy toffie bars? It had oats, granola, corn syrup, i believe molasass and melted chocotate chips on the top. Then you refridgerated it, I dont remember what else, but it was so easy to make and delicious. If any one has an old kenmore microwave book, or remembers this recipe please let me know.

I cook roasts and chicken in a crock pot, but have never cooked raw ground beef in a crock pot. Has anybody ever tried that?

What I'd like to do is put the ground beef in, without having to cook it first, add a jar of prepared spaghetti sauce and cook it on low while I'm at work all day.

I'm hoping the meat would be well done and falling apart... then it could be stirred into a nice meaty sauce?

I just want to know if any of you have ever tried it, and how it worked for you.

I just bought a crock pot/slow cooker, and ive never had one before so don't mind my dumb question but I am worried about leaving a whole chicken in there for 10 hours at such a low heat.I have checked it during the last few hours and it seems warm, and not hot at all, won't bacteria grow in this situation? Is it okay to lift the lid during the cooking proccess?

My mother in law is undergoing chemotherapy at the moment, so I'd like to make some meals for her and my father in law to heat up, rather than her having to cook when she's tired and feeling ill.

Problem is she is a fantastic cook, so I'd like to make something they'll enjoy eating and that is healthy too.

Any ideas would be appreciated. She is Hungarian and my father in law is German, so any European recipes would also be good.

thanks in advance.
