here you go:
this is the easiest recipe for dessert ever!
blueberry-pineapple dumpcake (can also use canned cherries or strawberries)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of butter, melted
drain 1/2 of the pineapple liquid. dump in an 8x8 baking dish. dump blueberries on top of pineapple
pour cake mix on top of fruit, pour melted butter on top of cake mix. it doesn't have to cover all of the mix.
bake at 375 until golden brown and bubbly. YUM!

A simple recipe can be made with bread slice

bread slices few
milk
saffron strains
cashew nuts
sugar.

Cut the bread into square shapes by removing the edges, then fry them slightly unil brown..In another stove boil milk add sugar and saffron...thn pour the milk on the bread square garnish with cashew nuts and chill in fridge for abt half hour adn eat...

Don't let the name throw you, this is one great cake!

PIG PICKIN' CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together cake mix, canned oranges with juice, eggs, and oil. Pour batter into three greased and floured 8 inch round pans. Layers will be thin.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool layers on wire racks.

3. Mix together whipped topping, drained pineapple, and instant pudding mix. Fill and frost the cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

**MANGO FLOAT**

c ripe mango, sliced
1 tb honey (up to 2)
2 c milk
1/4 ts almond extract
1 c vanilla ice cream

Combine mango, honey and milk in a blender and whirl for a few seconds. Add the flavoring and the ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into 3 or 4 glasses and top with ice cream.

Use this delicious glaze on slices of pound cake or on plain butter cookies or bars.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
PREPARATION:
Melt together the butter and chocolate. Stir in the sifted confectioners' sugar and boiling water. Beat until smooth. Drizzle over cake or use as a cookie glaze. Add more confectioners' sugar or boiling water to get the desired consistency.

Chocolate Mousse in a Minute

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
whipped cream


PREPARATION:

Place chocolate chips, egg, and vanilla in blender and chop. Heat cream until very hot and small bubbles appear at edge. Do not boil. With blender running, pour in hot cream. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into dessert dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and chill. Serve with whipped cream and shaved chocolate garnish, if desired.

Serves 4.

I dunno if you've heard of this one: mango float.

ingredients:

mango sliced into thin slices
ground biscuits and some whole ones
whipped cream mixed with condensed milk

Arrange in layer: biscuits (bottom), mango slices, cream, biscuits, mango slices, cream... whole biscuits on top. Freeze.
