Ironically raw/fresh fish is one of the best food products to freeze in terms of it maintaining it's texture, freshness etc. So unless there is any special reason you want to freeze it cooked, I'd suggest freezing it raw, then thawing and cooking when you are ready to eat. I know you'll get great results that way.
The problem with freezing cooked fish is that fish cooks very fast, and tends to dry very quickly when overcooked. So if you reheat cooked fish it will be hard to heat without drying it out.
As for freezing in general you get the best results for quality/longevity if you have a vacuum sealer. But I did discover a pretty good method (I hate pulling that out and messing with it unless I have a lot to seal lol). First wash and dry the fish or any food if fresh. The rest works for cooked or fresh. Put it in a zip lock bag. Roll the bag working out as much air as you can. Then put that bag in another zip lock. I do this if I'm freezing one package of anything, so you can put say 3 chicken breasts first in their own bag then together in another bag. The double layer helps keep it in good condition until you thaw.

Once fish is cooked, keep it hot or chill it. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours of serving. Cooked fish keeps another day in the refrigerator before its quality deteriorates. Avoid freezing leftover cooked fish as quality is poor.
