I love 2 bake all sorts of things. Especially breads. I've seen frozen bread dough @ the store. U just take it out of the pkg. let it thaw, & rise, then bake it. So I wonder y can't I do this at home? If u know how 2 do this or can give me a website that tells how plz do.

yes it is, make sure dough is in freezer before rising, that way when you take it out it will be at the point of rising

Yes, just pop it into the freezer before you let it raise! Flour it good (outside) so it doesn't stick to the plastic and then when it's frozen put it in a freezer bag. Should keep at least one to two months!!

Absolutely you can do this at home. Just place it in the freezer. Preferably in a dedicated freezer not connected to your refrigerator because of room and good steady temperature hold.( door not opening and closing a lot)
It will be just as good as those pro bakers do. Their frozen air is no better than yours.

Yes! You can just individually wrap it, and date it( just so you know how long it's been there. It should be good for at least a month!( I used to work at a pizza place, same concept)

it most certainly is, just make sure you wrap it in plastic to seal it and I then wrap it in foil to prevent freezer burn
