I heard when you butcher a rabbit and it has white spots on the liver, it is not good to eat. Is this true?

mad,

Anyone who knocks rabbit does so without foundation...I think it's awesome!

I'm not sure, as I've never seen white spots on a rabbit's liver while dressing one...but I would think twice about using the meat. Could be an indication of parasites.

I heard rabbit is a delicacy. Why wouldn't rabbit be good to eat. I go by a simple criteria. If its naturally preyed upon and if it doesn't eat garbage like a possum then its meant to eat
