Something fairly simple and healthy. I don't mind using a little processed food as long as it's not loaded with sugars or trans fat. I'm cooking healthier but running out of ideas. Help?

i am on a very limited budget, and i have the following things in my cupboards/fridge. can you come up with a creative and yummy way to combine any of them for dinner tonight? i'm sick of spaghetti and sauce, so please do not suggest it! i'd prefer an actual recipe, not just a suggestion (i'm not much of a cook!)...thanks!

boneless chicken breasts
frozen chicken wings
bacon
cream cheese
typical spices and condiments
canned corn
canned kidney beans
long grain & wild rice
pasta
tomato sauce
tomato paste

i do NOT have any veggies or any eggs (sigh...), so please do not include these in your recipe! thanks!

If I dont have a bread baking pan can I make Banana Bread in a regular baking pan? The recipe, and most bread recipes, call for a regular Bread baking pan, but I don't have one, what can I use as a substitute. It says pour into a 9 * 5 pan.

Any oven temp. & cooking time info would be helpful as well...it weighs 3 lbs. (I'm adding carrots, onions, and potatoes, as well as water to ensure I have enough broth to make gravy with.) Thanks!
