Easy, one of my favorites. Season your boneless chicken. Cut those in half right through the middle so they are thin, not short. Put some cream cheese on it, put some butter in the pan, and or over the chicken, if you have bread crumbs even better, and bake it. At about 325-350 for 20 minutes. Serve it over or next to the rice and corn.
Or
You can season and cut up the chicken breast, cook them in a pan with butter, let them brown a little. Add some water, the pasta or the rice (I'd go for the rice) and tomato sauce. Now you have some soup, don't forget to season the soup.

well, the recipe I see calls for items you don't list.
pound the chicken breasts so they're flat. add a tbsp or two of cream cheese, roll these up. Wrap a couple slices of bacon around each. season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill makes a nice addition. bake at 350 for about 45 min or so.
mix the canned corn and kidney beans (if you have saltines, you could make succatash), and heat those for the veggie
cook the long grain rice with some tomato paste (maybe 1/4 cup for 4 -6 servings worth, this will add a hint of 'spanish rice'

Cut up your Chicken breast into bite size pieces. cook a couple slices of bacon in a heavy pot. After you have gotten all the fat out of the bacon, take out and set aside the meat. lightly brown your chicken in the bacon fat. Just so that it is browned on all sides. Open your corn and beans dump on the chicken stir then add salt and pepper not much of each yet maybe 1/8 teaspoonful add 3 cans (bean can if it is a 8oz can)water. bring to boil. To make a one pot meal I'd add about a cup of wild rice to pot and cook until rice is tender salt and pepper at this point to taste. If you have any crackers spread cream cheese on the and eat with your soup. When you dish up your soup sprinkle each bowlful with a little of the bacon. Should be pretty good and filling. When I learned to cook my mothers motto was"PUT GOOD THINGS TOGETHER AND YOU WILL USUALLY COME OUT WITH A GOOD PRODUCT" The only way to become a good cook is to try. making mistakes is the real secret. Some of my mistakes even the dog would not eat. Good luck

Cook 4 strips of bacon in a pan until crispy. Pour out excess fat, but keep a bit in the pan to fry the chicken breasts. Cut the chicken breasts into strips, dip them in flour mixed with seasonings you like (taco seasoning or chili powder is best in this recipe). Fry up the chicken in the pan and as they are finishing up (all the pink is gone), add corn and kidney beans and tomato sauce. Add more spices as you like - salt, pepper, taco seasoning or chili powder...serve this up over rice (flavored with chicken boullion if you have it). Then crumble the bacon on top.
Or...if you have or can make BBQ sauce, defrost the wings, put them in a glass dish, cover in BBQ sauce and cook at 350 until they're done (depends on how many you're cooking). Serve this up with rice.
Or...cook the rice, add corn and top with grilled chicken (don't know what the temperature is where you are). Season with salt and pepper.
Or, chop the chicken breast into small pieces, add the tomato sauce and spices like oregano, basil, thyme if you like (you may have to add some sugar so the sauce isn't bitter), add the chicken and cook up the pasta for chicken spaghetti.
You could also do chicken and rice soup or a vegetarian dish with rice and beans - spice with curry if you have it.

I would cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and saute them.
Meanwhile in a pan I would put the tomato sauce, drained corn, a can of kidney beans, onion and garlic powders, a couple chicken bouillion cubes, salt and pepper . I would simmer this mixture and add the cooked chicken. In another pan I would cook some elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice) till done; drain and add to chicken mixture. VOILA....I fix this often with chicken, ground turkey, ground beef or ground venison. It's a good winter stew.

Cut up your bacon and brown in pan. Then brown the chicken breast cut up in bite size pieces. Cook your pasta, chunk up your cream cheese. Mix your hot pasta with the chicken, cream cheese and bacon. You will be making a carbonara. If you can get alfredo sauce, us that as well. It is really good. Season to taste. Season and bake your chicken wings, make your rice per directions, season and add your kidney beans to it. You can have chicken with beans and rice.
You could also make a chicken chili. Cut up and brown your chicken. Add tomato sauce and paste, and season to taste. I.e. chili powder, salt pepper, you can even add the corn. Make the rice for on the side and add the beans to the chili at the end. I tried my best, but you don't have much to work with I am sorry. Bacon and cream cheese mixed together is something that is good too, just spread on crackers or bread of choice. Good Luck.

Sounds like a good chili recipe to me if you have the proper spices... i.e. cumin, chili powder, garlic. Instead of beef use the chicken breast, precooked and chopped. Add the kidney beans and the tomato paste and sauce... Corn if ya want. There must be a 1000 diff recipes for chili.

Season your chicken breast with typical spices and condiments (I would use the basics garlic, salt, pepper, oregano) cook in oven set at 375 until it reaches at least 165 degrees. For side items. I am assuming you have spaghetti noodles since your sick of it. Cook your spaghetti noodles then season with olive oil (or other light oil) and add black pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese. Or brown rice in a frying pan with your fav seasonings add water and tomato sauce to finish cooking.

How about chicken alfredo? You didn't mention if you had any butter or milk...so we'll assume you do. For the sauce you'll need :
1 brick of cream cheese
6 TBS butter
1/2 c. milk
Cook your pasta and set aside. Cook 1-2 of your chicken breasts in a frying pan, salt and pepper. Cube/dice meat and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, melt cream cheese and butter in a skillet over low heat. Stir until smooth. Stir in milk, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Mix in your chicken and pasta and voila!
Another option is chicken spanish rice - my kiddos love this.
Cook your chicken breasts, dice and set aside.
1 cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
6 slices bacon
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil while cooking the following.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until evenly brown. Chop bacon, and set aside, reserving the bacon fat. Stir in rice, and cook until lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in boiling tomato sauce. Add chopped bacon. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cover, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in corn and chicken.
