My uncle used to boil it in water, cut, seve with mustard sauce. I love it and my husband loves it too. His mother cooks it the same way. I have found it hard to get recipies for corned beef, especially in cook books. Does anyone know why this is? And what exactly is corned beef? I know there must be some delicious recipies out there? Help Please!

I bought it last Saturday (1/13) for a dish I never made. I plan to make it this Saturday - do you think it's still good or should I get more? It's been in the bag, unopened since I bought it.

Can I ask anyone who is an 'oven' expert this question? I tried to make garlic bread using the recipe I had searched from a particular website and found out that the result was not good. I evaluated the result and I felt that the garlic was not nicely minced. Can I ask? How much fat (margarine or butter) do I need to make one French bread? How long is the baking time and what is the suitable temperature needed? What are some tips to improve on the appearance and taste (mouth-feel was there, anyway)?

I am getting married in 6 months and since it's a small wedding, I plan to make my own "cupcake tier" for our "wedding cake". I was just wondering if a buttercream icing is a good stiffer icing that will hold up to the humidity of the summer, or is there a different kind of icing recipe that would be better?? Thanks in advance.

It's almost lunch time here in Europe, I'm hungry, and I don't know what to eat. I have 2 pounds of ground beef, tomato sauce, and macaroni. I would like to make Mac and Cheese, but I don't have cheese. What should I cook? I prefer something like Mac and cheese, lasagna, and stuff like that. Does anyone have an idea??? Thanks
