Based on my research, I have to say, "No, it is not true."

I have researched all of my culinary textbooks, including nutrition, and can find no such myths. Thank God, b/c as much as I eat spinach, especially warmed-up leftover spinach, I would have been dead by now if it were true. One of my instructors was a contributing author to my Nutrition textbook and were this true, I'm sure he would have said something.

In researching the web, I found nothing backing this myth up, either.

That was real beforehand that they had fridges, as mushrooms have a tendency to crumble without delay, and are super bacteria nutrition. you will desire to be pleased with commercially grown mushooms, as long as you refrigerate them in the present day (no longer 2 hours later!) and reheat (interior 2 days) to 160F beforehand eating. Wild mushrooms are extra possibly to be contaminated with soil-borne bacteria that produce pollutants, so i may well be much extra cautious with those.

If what you say is true, then there would be no canned spinach. If That were true, there would be no Popeye. & if THAT were true, what about the rest of my Super Hero friends? Next thing ya know, you'll be trying to tell me there's no Great Pumpkin! Oh no, Charlie Brown! Say it isn't so!
