I would say cut it up into as small pieces as possible and then put in to the food processor and mince that way, but pulse it, not continuous or you will end up with a gloopy mush! Not appetising. Not good for the food processor either.

Otherwise you can buy manual mincers but I do not hold much truck with them personally.

Use The Food Processor, and use the pulse setting.

Hey, try to add fresh rosemary while mincing the chicken breast, to give you extravagana aroma when you grill it.....

Food processor, blender if you absolutely have to.

Meat mincer/grinder - I love mine, use it all the time.

Though, why does it have to be minced? Why not just grill them as they are and enjoy grilled chicken sandwiches? Would be more hygienic and simpler; marinade the breasts in bbq sauce or sweet chili to give some flavor.

Cheers

Put them in the food processor (thawed and raw) and pulse until you get to the consistency you're looking for.
