I know frittata is made with eggs. Generally, I don't like eggs at all -I do not like the gooeyness or jello-like consistency. And I don't like the egg flavor. Having said that, occassionally, I will have a small piece of breakfast casserole that is good. Sometimes with enough spice to cover up the egg flavor. The mixture tends to hide the egg-like consistency. I'm hoping that a spicy tex-mex or denver frittata is another option.

The recipe was very simple and had rolled oats and peanut butter in it. I believe it was called a "school" recipe and I originally found it in the Seattle PI. Thanks

I like her show and I love her recipes but I can't stand her voice. She talks so loud. Anyways, I noticed she was wearing a diamond ring on her left finger in one episode, is she married?

I used cooked turkey from Christmas in another recipe. There is some of this left over and I am concerned about it's freshness. I made it last night. Can I keep it to use tommorrow?

I put my turkey in at 8:30am now, turkey is unstuffed, probably about 15lbs, I have been basting it about every 45 minutes so far.
I need to figure out how long I should bake it, when I should uncover it so it will brown, and make sure 350 degrees is a good temp to cook at.

I am going to a party on Saturday night and signed up to bring mini hotdogs wrapped in crescent roll dough. I am having trouble deciding whether to cook them Saturday morning and reheat them at the party or make them up tonight, freeze them, and then just cook them at the party (the hostess has already said I can use her stove). The reason I would want to freeze them is that the party is 2 1/2 hours away. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions? Thanks!!
