I've tried a few and found little to no difference, even with the generic, so buy the least expensive option - generic, sale, or coupon...

They all work the same though I think PAM smells fishy when heated. I purchased a spray bottle from Pampered Chef that you place cooking oil in then "pump" air into it before spraying...works just like these aerosol cans and is a lot cheaper.

I love Pam with Flour. It works great with cupcakes, instead of using the liners you just spray the pan, and pour the mix right into the pan. Hope this helps!

I've used both PAM and Crisco and they both work well. I've never used the others you mentioned.

I swear by Vegalene. The others leave a weird residue on the pans, even after scrubbing and washing. It's like it bakes on. Vegalene works well and doesn't leave that burn scum stuff.

I've never used any of them. But if you go to Wal-Mart, you can buy your own pump for about 5 bucks and use any type of oil you want in it, I have one and I always refill it with different types of oils, it works really well!
