I have to make an Ecuadorian Christmas Dish for Spanish Class. It can be a main dish, side dish or dessert, just a small serving. Does anyone have any suggestions for an easy ecuadorian recipe?

Does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate chip fudge? Not fudge made with chocolate chips which melt, but true chocolate chip fudge? We had amazing chocolate chip fudge in 1982 in Gatlinburg, TN in the mountains, and I have never been able to find chocolate chip fudge since then. So, I've given up looking and would like to make my own, but I need a recipe. I've never made any type of fudge before, but I like to cook and bake, and I can read, so I'm thinking it can't be TOO hard. LOL. Any recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Due to all the holiday craziness, I forgot about boxes of cookie dough that I bought for my daughter's school fundraiser. It has been freezing at night, but up in the 50's during the day.

I don't want to bake them and make other people ill, but I've heard that prepared cookie dough does not contain real eggs. Any opinions?
Thanks.

I've searched the web for cheese fondue's recipes and i can't find them without using wine or any other alcohol. I'm a muslim so alcohol is against my religion.

So, is it possible?

And could you do me a favour to tell me what the recipe is,if it's possible?
