Baking brie in mini pastry cups and then topping with sliced grapes is very yummy. A friend has also baked it topped with apricot jam.

Use a low temp oven place your wheel of brie in an oven safe pan, pour some maple syrup over the top and sprinkle some pecans or slivered almonds over the top. (I usually make a holiday brie using local Maple syrup (I'm from New England) but don't over do it) I serve some nice deli pumpernickel bread to spread it on.. creamy sweet nutty treat!

You can top brie with Walnuts and Caramel. This is very tasty. My wife makes it when company comes over and they love it.
