Okay.. here's what we're gonna do. :)

Get some rice cooking. The amount will be dictated by how many folks you have to feed.

Next.. grab a skillet. Put a small amount of cooking oil in it.. A Tablespoon or so. Use Olive oil if you have it, otherwise don't worry about it. Set your heat to medium.

Brown the beef tips in the heated oil. Add a touch of soy sauce to the meat, as well as pepper to taste.

Now add: diced tomatoes, the green & red peppers. Chop up a clove or two of garlic and add that to the mix.

Serve over the rice.

You've just made a nice Asian Beef & Rice dinner. :)

That wasn't all that hard, was it.

Pete

There is a casserole I have made with ground beef (browned), frozen shredded hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese. You just throw the stuff together and bake. Easy and pretty tasty! Otherwise there is the typical stuff people have mentioned. Burgers, meatloaf, tacos, spaghetti w/meatballs. One more I love is: Swedish meatballs 1 can french onion soup 1 lb burger 1/3 C crumbs 2 T minced onion 1 egg Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Mix burger and the rest and 1/4 C of the soup mix. Make meatballs. Brown. Pour rest of soup mix over. Simmer covered 20 minutes or so. You can either cook noodles in the broth or I like to thicken it a bit and make mashed potatoes with that on top. It is yummy!
