baked brie is great with crackers or a nice crusty bread. For the sake of being original I like to put a little pineapple chutney over the top before I wrap it in phyllo and bake. The flavors compliment each other nicely.

Cranberry sauce is seasonal, or a mild chutney or something like cucumber pickle, of just cut fruit and some nuts. Put crackers and something like pita triangles or thin sliced French bread on the plate.

Try my currant jelly sauce. 1 cup currant jelly , 1/2 teaspoon of sherry.
Heat jelly until it's liquified, add sherry, stir gently, pour over warmed brie wedges.
yum!
