Parmesan Sesame Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 egg, beaten
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
Place the egg in a separate bowl.
Dip the chicken in the egg, then dip into the bread crumb mixture to coat. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
Bake chicken 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until juices run clear
Baked Peanut Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup crushed dry-roasted, salted peanuts
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoning blend
4 chicken thighs, skinned
1/3 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a shallow bowl, mix the peanuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt-free herb seasoning blend.
Dip the chicken thighs in the melted butter, then press into the peanuts to coat. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear.
Easy Easy Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1-1/4 pounds ground turkey
3-1/4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
3/4 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place the turkey and saute for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, cover with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then layer the cream-style corn over the potatoes, top with the browned turkey meat, and then top with the tomato soup.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes.
Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
lemon pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, cut in half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place the chicken breast halves in a baking dish, and drizzle evenly with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Bake chicken 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Top each breast half with 2 bacon slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
Continue baking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp, and cheese is bubbly.

This is incredibly easy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I like to fix mine in my electric skillet!
Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Serves 4
4 (1-1/4 inch thick) Pork Chops
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dishand pour the soup mixture over the chops.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
